HUD Changes Max Stat Limits

HUD has eliminated the land value as part of total costs in determining the maximum mortgage allowable.  This means higher cost developments for apartments only, may get closer to the 90% of cost amount.  It is important only for steel construction and mid-rise and high rises that have been blocked out of the program.
